Q1. What is EasyMail?
EasyMail is a fully featured, one stop professional email service. Designed to be used with a Domain name of your choice, EasyMail will forever improve and replace the free mailbox you've used in the past - say goodbye to hotmail and gmail - get professional email services with EasyMail.
Q2. How does it work?
Based around a domain name of your choice, EasyMail gives you a number of POP3 or IMAP mailboxes (as you require) and the ability to control them through your online control panel. We also provide SMTP services meaning your email service is portable and can be used and accessed from anywhere. We also provide a fully featured WebMail client to allow you to connect to your mailbox from anywhere you have an internet connection.
Q3. Why would I need EasyMail?
The days of running a business email address from your AOL.com email account are over. Easy access to internet connectivity and the greater requirement for a more professional solution means that most web users now want to have their own domain name with their own domain based email system. With EasyMail this is easily within the reach of both businesses and individuals.
Q4. EasyMail is 'hosted', what does 'hosted' mean?
A hosted service means that we manage and maintain the service (people and equipment) on our premises and you do not need to do anything other than benefit from it.

Q7. How often is your Virus database updated?
The database is constantly updated by our dedicated team of content assessors. We are currently adding over 100 000 new threats to the databases each week.
Q8. How is your virus database updated?
EasyMail Database Assessment Centre utilises sophisticated automatic and human processes to monitor and download vast amounts of data from the internet. Our assessment process automatically collates, de-dupes, and sorts this content, then presents it to human assessors for categorization. The human element of this process allows EasyMail to provide a far higher rate of accuracy than any other content management solution.
Q9. Are your email services slowed down by using EasyMail?
No. Emails are typically processed in milliseconds and you will not notice any delay.
Q10. How do I know my email has been scanned by EasyMail?
A banner can be placed on the footer of each email received which states “This email has been scanned by EasyMail”.
Q11. Can you scan outbound email?
Yes. Any email sent through the EasyMail SMTP service will be scanned however this should not stop users keeping their own machine clean and free from viruses and infections.
Q12. We use a lot of email - how much mail can you handle?
Mail has the capability to process millions of messages so capacity and our ability to operate normally is not an issue. Extremely high users may be contacted separately however to ensure that the service is being used correctly.
Q13. Can you prevent 100% of Viruses?
No. No Virus scanner or other form of virus software is 100% perfect. We aim to be as close to 100% as is possible however.
Q14. How long does my contract last?
The minimum term of the contract is 12 months. After this period you may cancel you contract by providing 30 days written notice.
Q15. Can I add more domains to EasyMail?
Yes, each new domain is considered a new contract however and is managed separately.
