Giving you access to our highly trained support teams, you'll be talked through your support issues step by step. Where required, our support technicians will connect to your computer via remote desktop allowing them to resolve your issues in real time, while trying to help you understand what is being fixed and why.
EasyAssistant 'General Support' is available in 30 minute and 60 minute time slots. You simply choose when suits you and we'll arrange the consultation.
